Pick-up is scheduled between 4:00 AM and 5:30 AM from Dubai urban hotels, with the exact time confirmed the night before. Additional fees apply for pick-ups outside urban areas. The meeting point is Happy Dunes Stables, and the flight takes place at Margham Desert. Participants must be at least 5 years old and weigh at least 25kg; those over 120kg will be charged double. Child rates apply for ages 5–11. Children below 18 years old must be accompanied by parent or guardian. Please provide your name, age, weight, location, and contact number and copy of your passport when booking. We cannot accommodate pregnant women over 3 months, children under 5, adults over 80, or those with serious heart conditions, recent major surgery, broken limbs, chronic back/neck pain, severe knee/back issues, height phobias, or significant mental/emotional health conditions. Guests may bring a camera or phone, secured with a wrist strap or lanyard, but professional zoom lenses are not permitted. All passengers must sign a declaration form confirming no serious medical conditions. Wear comfortable clothing suitable for climbing in and out of the balloon basket.
