Terms And Conditions

1. General

1.1 Each experience listed on www.dreamdays.ae is provided by an independent supplier under their own terms and conditions.

1.2 Dreamdays acts as an agent selling gift vouchers that can be redeemed for experiences offered by these suppliers.

1.3 By purchasing or redeeming a voucher, you accept these Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by them.

1.4 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The UAE is our country of domicile.

1.5 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this website or purchases shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

1.6 Minors under the age of 18 are not permitted to register or make purchases on the website.


2. Supplier Terms

2.1 When a voucher is redeemed and a booking is confirmed with a supplier, the participant becomes subject to that supplier’s terms and conditions.

2.2 In case of conflict between Dreamdays’ Terms and the supplier’s terms, Dreamdays’ Terms shall prevail only in matters concerning the voucher itself (validity, extension, refund of un-booked vouchers, etc.). All other aspects of the experience are governed by the supplier’s terms.


3. Gift Vouchers

3.1 All gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

3.2 Bookings must be made directly with Dreamdays before the voucher expiry date, otherwise the voucher becomes invalid.

3.3 Vouchers are non-transferable after redemption and have no cash value except as stated herein.

3.4 Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers will not be replaced or refunded.


4. Voucher Extension

4.1 Vouchers may be extended once for a further 2 months provided written request is received before the original expiry date.

4.2 An administration fee of AED 100 applies.

4.3 No voucher may be extended beyond a total validity of 14 months from the original purchase date.


5. Prices & Payment

5.1 All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT at the prevailing rate.

5.2 Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, company cheque, cashier’s cheque, or bank transfer.

5.3 Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

5.4 Dreamdays will not store credit/debit card details and will not share them with third parties.


6. Descriptions, Availability & Changes

6.1 Experience descriptions and photographs are for illustration only and are correct to the best of our knowledge at time of publication. Suppliers may make changes without prior notice.

6.2 Experiences are subject to availability and weather conditions. Dreamdays gives no guarantee that any particular date or time will be available.

6.3 Customers are advised not to make travel or other irreversible arrangements until the booking is confirmed in writing by Dreamdays.


7. Health, Age & Competency Requirements

7.1 Certain experiences have minimum age, health, or competency requirements. These are shown on the website wherever known.

7.2 It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the participant meets all requirements. Dreamdays accepts no liability if a participant is refused on the day.


8. Safety & Insurance

8.1 Participation in many experiences involves an element of risk. Participants take part at their own risk.

8.2 Suppliers are required to hold appropriate third-party/public liability insurance, but Dreamdays gives no warranty as to safety standards or equipment.

8.3 Participants are strongly advised to arrange their own personal travel and activity insurance.


9. Delivery of Gift Packs / Vouchers

9.1 Gift boxes/vouchers are normally dispatched within 24–48 hours (Dubai) via courier or post.

9.2 Dreamdays is not liable for non-delivery only if the customer has selected and paid for a tracked/guaranteed delivery option.

9.3 Additional charges apply for Express, Registered, or Person-to-Person delivery.


10. Cancellations by the Participant

10.1 Once a voucher has been redeemed and a booking confirmed with a supplier, cancellation or rescheduling is entirely at the supplier’s discretion and subject to their own cancellation policy.

10.2 Dreamdays charges an administration fee of the greater of AED 85 or 15% on any refund agreed by the supplier.


11. Refunds – Unredeemed Vouchers (Purchased Directly from Dreamdays)

11.1 Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for un-booked/unredeemed vouchers only.

11.2 A 10% administration charge applies (minimum AED 65, maximum AED 500).

11.3 Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 10–45 days depending on the card issuer.


12. Refunds / Replacements – Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Experiences

In the following cases Dreamdays will assist in obtaining a replacement or refund from the supplier:

  • The wrong experience/product was provided
  • The product/experience was defective or tampered with
  • The item was damaged during delivery by the supplier
  • The experience was not delivered/performed on the confirmed date through no fault of the participant

All such claims must be notified to Dreamdays in writing as soon as possible and no later than 7 days after the scheduled date.


13. Refundable Booking Option

Certain bookings may be made under Dreamdays’ optional “Refundable Terms”. Full details are provided at the time of booking and in the confirmation email.


14. Complaints

14.1 Any complaint about an experience must be made in writing to [email protected] within 7 days of the experience date.

14.2 Dreamdays will liaise with the supplier on the customer’s behalf but is not liable for the supplier’s performance.


15. Liability

15.1 Dreamdays’ liability is limited to the value of the voucher purchased.

15.2 Dreamdays shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage caused by the supplier or arising from participation in any experience.


16. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Dreamdays reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on the website and will take effect immediately.
