1. Delivery Area

  • We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) only.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.


2. Delivery Options & Timelines

Digital E-Vouchers

  • Delivered instantly via email within a few minutes after successful payment.
  • If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check your junk/spam folder.
  • You can print the e-voucher at home or login for redeeming the experience.

Physical Gift Vouchers & Experience Boxes

  • Standard Delivery: 20 AED delivery across the entire UAE.
  • Orders are typically delivered within 1–2 working days.
  • During peak periods (e.g., holidays, Valentine’s, Eid), order confirmation and dispatch may take up to 12 hours.

Important Notes:

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or high demand. We will keep you updated via email or SMS where possible.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Standard delivery for physical gifts and vouchers: 20 AED anywhere in the UAE.
  • E-vouchers: Free.
  • All charges are clearly shown in your shopping cart and at checkout. Prices are subject to periodic review.


4. Packaging

We take pride in presenting your Dreamdays gift with the luxury it deserves:

  • Physical vouchers and experience boxes are packaged in premium, elegant gift boxes designed to impress the recipient.
  • Every package is carefully prepared to ensure the gift arrives in perfect condition.


5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).
  • You can also track your order by logging into your Dreamdays account.


6. Order Confirmation & Processing

  • Orders are usually processed within a few hours.
  • In rare cases during busy periods, processing may take up to 12 hours.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase.


7. Changes & Cancellations

  • If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 1 hour of placing the order).
  • Once the order has been dispatched, changes may not be possible.
