To ensure a seamless and safe experience, prior booking is a mandatory requirement. We do not accommodate walk-in customers, so please plan your adventure by booking in advance. Participants must be between the ages of 6 to 60 years to partake in the iAQUA experience. The minimum age to ride alone is 10 years old. Below 10 must ride with an adult (minimum 6 years old). For safety reasons, there is a maximum weight limit of 100 kg (approximately 245 lbs) for riders of the iAQUA experience. This ensures that the water scooter operates optimally and guarantees a secure adventure. Unfortunately, pregnant women are not permitted to participate in the iAQUA experience. Individuals with pre-existing back or neck problems are also advised not to partake in the adventure. The physical demands of the experience could exacerbate these conditions. People under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be refused to participate. This is to ensure the safety of all participants and the quality of the experience. To fully enjoy and safely navigate the iAQUA experience, participants must be proficient swimmers. This is essential for your safety while exploring the aquatic wonders. By adhering to these booking requirements and limitations, we aim to provide a secure and enjoyable experience for all participants.
