Know Before You Go
Due to the nature of the activity, prior booking is a must. 0 to 2 years old free of charge. 3 years old and above will have to pay an adult rate.
Age and Health Restrictions: Some experiences may have age restrictions or require participants to meet certain health criteria. Please check the specific details of each experience to ensure suitability.
Valid Identification: For certain activities or venues, customers may be required to present valid identification documents, such as a passport or Emirates ID. It's important to carry the necessary identification as per the instructions provided.

1. Each guest will require a digital or printed Ticket. Tour guides will not be permitted to scan Tickets on behalf of the guests.
2. Guests will be directed to scan their finger on first use of a multi-Park Ticket. The finger scan is saved as numerical code which allows the Operator to verify the same guest uses the multi-Park Ticket on their next entry. No copy of the guest’s fingerprint is saved. If someone else attempts to use the Ticket following registration, they will be refused entry, and the Operator will refer the guest back to the Ticket issuer.
3. If guests prefer not to scan their finger, they can opt out by registering manually at the designated counter. Each guest registering manually must carry their own valid government issued photo ID and submit it at the counter, and each time they use their Ticket at the turnstiles. Entry will not be permitted without official government issued photo ID.
