Know Before You Go
Due to the nature of the experience, at least 2 days prior booking is a must. All passengers should arrive at the Operation Location no less than 30 minutes prior to departure time. No-Show or Late Arrivals will be subject to full payment. We have the right to cancel the trip or deviate its route if it encounters problems due to weather, sailing conditions, technical problems, advice from the coast guard or other reasons that will compromise safety. Without exception, expectant mothers are not permitted on board at any stage of their pregnancy. Persons with historical or current backbone conditions, epilepsy, heart conditions, and dizzy spells are not advised also. The child rate applies from 4 and above till the age of 12 years old. Children below 15 kgs are not permitted onboard for safety reason. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
What To Bring
Dress according to the weather. All guests need to carry a valid passport or Emirates ID during the tour. A photo id is a must as per UAE law; therefore, guests will not be allowed to participate in the tour without a valid passport or Emirates ID.
