Passenger Requirements

  • Passengers must be between 145 cm and 190 cm in height.
  • Maximum passenger weight is 105 kg.
  • Participants must be 13 years of age or older.
  • Participants who do not meet the height, weight, or age requirements will not be permitted to participate.

Arrival Information

  • Please arrive 20–30 minutes before the start of your scheduled experience or tour.
  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened experience or rescheduling, subject to operational availability.

Parental Consent

  • Participants aged 13 to 21 years require authorization from a parent or legal guardian.
  • The parent or guardian must complete and sign the mandatory digital waiver prior to participation.

Dress Code

  • Wear comfortable clothing that covers your arms and legs.
  • Training shoes are mandatory.
  • Closed-toe shoes only.
  • Sandals, flip-flops, and high heels are not permitted.

Alcohol & Safety Policy

  • Alcohol must not be consumed before participating in the experience.
  • Any participant found under the influence of alcohol may be denied participation.
  • Safety is a top priority, and all guests must follow instructions provided by staff and instructors at all times.

Conduct Policy

  • Any abusive behaviour, reckless conduct, or safety violations may result in penalties, removal from the experience, or reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
