Know Before You Go
Advance booking is essential for this extraordinary experience, which caters to all ages. Our array of rides and attractions spans various thrill levels, offering accessibility options for everyone. While some experiences are open to all, a few may have height restrictions to ensure safety. We're open daily (timings subject to change), welcoming guests in casual comfortable attire. It's crucial for visitors to plan their visit before the indicated expiry date on the ticket confirmation to make the most of this unforgettable adventure.
1. Each guest will require a digital or printed Ticket. Tour guides will not be permitted to scan Tickets on behalf of the guests.
2. Guests will be directed to scan their finger on first use of a multi-Park Ticket. The finger scan is saved as numerical code which allows the Operator to verify the same guest uses the multi-Park Ticket on their next entry. No copy of the guest’s fingerprint is saved. If someone else attempts to use the Ticket following registration, they will be refused entry, and the Operator will refer the guest back to the Ticket issuer.
3. If guests prefer not to scan their finger, they can opt out by registering manually at the designated counter. Each guest registering manually must carry their own valid government issued photo ID and submit it at the counter, and each time they use their Ticket at the turnstiles. Entry will not be permitted without official government issued photo ID.
