Guests are required to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to departure, as departure times are strictly followed. Children aged 4 to 16 years must be accompanied by an adult, and children 12 years old and below are required to wear a life vest at all times. This experience is subject to weather conditions and technical considerations. In such cases, rescheduling or a refund will apply. Rates are charged per hour, with a minimum booking of 2 hours. Dress code: casual summer outfit, no bikinis. Footwear not permitted on board.
