Know Before You Go
Due to the nature of the experience, prior booking is a must. The spa facility is open from 10 am to 10 pm. The last booking will be accommodated at 8 pm. A towel and slippers, and a grooming kit will be provided. A same-gender policy with the therapist is observed. The Couple's room is subject to availability. The spa is a smoke-free zone. In adherence to the local U.A.E law regarding massages and body treatments, male therapists will attend male guests; female therapists will attend female guests. We recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your treatment in order to complete your consultation form. Arriving late will reduce your treatment time. Smoking and the use of mobile phones are not permitted in the spa. Guests who have high blood pressure, a heart condition, allergies, are pregnant, or have any medical complications are advised to consult a doctor before signing up for any treatments. Guest must be 16 years old and above to book this experience. All booking is Final, no refund, and no cancellation. Re-scheduling should be done 72 hours prior to the booked schedule and is subject to availability.
What To Bring
Minimum casual attire. Guests are expected to bring their own swimwear and change clothes to access the facility.
