Exclusion: Food and beverage is not included. Any F&B consumption should be paid directly in the venue.
Minimum Age: Guests must be 21 years or older. After 7 PM, entry is strictly limited to those aged 21+.
ID Requirement: Valid ID must be presented upon entry. Failure to do so may result in denied access without refund.
Ticket Validity: Tickets are only valid for the date and time stated and will automatically expire afterward.
Dress Code (Arrival): Island Chic. No swimwear, sportswear, or flip-flops permitted upon arrival. Tailored shorts are acceptable.
Seating: Seating is assigned as per the “What’s Included” section on your voucher. Required minimum booking applies.
Food & Beverage: Charged separately based on consumption. Outside food or drinks are not permitted.
Operating Hours: The Evening Pool Experience runs from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Venue opens at 8:00 PM.
Conduct Policy: Entry will be refused without refund for intoxication, inappropriate behavior, or the use of offensive or abusive language.
Accessibility: The venue is wheelchair accessible throughout.
