Due to the nature of the experience, prior booking is a must. The rate is not applicable on blackout and public holidays. In the unlikely event of a last-minute mechanical issue beyond our control, the tour may be delayed to a later time or postponed to an alternative date. In such cases, customers will have the option to either reschedule or receive a full refund. Please note that seating on the bus is arranged by Bustronomy. If the tour is operating at a higher capacity, you may be seated at a table with other guests. Afternoon tea features a delightful selection of sweet and savory canapés. For guests booking dinner, please inform the customer service in advance of any dietary preferences or food allergies, including vegetarian, pescatarian, or vegan options. It would be better to remind the staff upon reaching the venue.
