Know Before You Go
- Age & Supervision: Guests must be at least 10 years old. Minors require guardian consent, and those under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- Swimming & Health: No swimming skills are required for the Sunken City Walk. For other experiences, guests should be able to swim and be in good general health. Guests with relevant medical conditions must submit a signed and stamped Declaration of Fitness from a doctor.
- Forms & Arrival: All participants must complete the mandatory medical liability form in advance (Medical Form) and arrive at least 30 minutes before their scheduled booking.
- ID & Tickets: Bring a valid photo ID (Emirates ID, driving license in English, or passport) that matches the booking name. Tickets are valid only for the person and time shown, are non-refundable, and no-shows are fully charged. Rescheduling requires 5+ days’ notice.
- Facilities & Extras: Dressing rooms are fully stocked with towels and toiletries. Bring a swimsuit and flip-flops. After your experience, relax at the B2-level café, offering juices, coffee, snacks, and sandwiches (food is at additional cost). Optional video upgrades are available at checkout.
- Location: Deep Dive Dubai is located in Nad Al Sheba 1, just 20 minutes from downtown Dubai.
- Ivoid flying or high altitude (i.e. Burj Khalifa) at least 12 hours after diving unless I have done more than one dive in which case I will wait at least 18 hours.
