Know Before You Go
Experience is for 10 years old and above. 10 to 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult. If an adult does not participate in the experience with the minor, the adult must ensure to be present upon entry and exit of the experience, having given signed consent to Dive staff before the programme. The experience is offered daily but with a limited slot. Only 4 people are allowed per session. Guests are expected to arrive at The Lost Chambers Aquarium entrance at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. 15-minute late arrival will be considered as NO SHOW. All bookings are final. Guests must complete a medical history questionnaire and an Atlantis disclaimer form prior to entering the water. All the programmes are conducted in English. Must have a current SCUBA certification card from a reputable Dive organization, to include, but not limited to PADI, NAUI, CMAS, BSAC, or SSI. Strictly no admittance to anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Dive knives, spearguns and flashlights are not permitted. Any excursion at a high altitude of 300 meters or more, after Dive Explorer, is not recommended (e.g. helicopter ride, a visit to At The Top - Burj Khalifa or Sky Diving). A 12-hour minimum gap is required before flying or high altitude excursions of 300 meters or more. Not suitable for pregnant guests, claustrophobic, have a fear of confined spaces or fear being surrounded by marine life. Guests should arrive dressed and prepared to get wet. Must wear appropriate swimsuits. Failure to provide this will result in not being able to participate in the programme.
