Upon entering Chillout Dubai, visitors are provided with thermal clothing to keep them warm in the sub-zero temperatures. The attraction features an ice bar, where visitors can enjoy a variety of drinks served in glasses made entirely of ice. There are also a number of icy sculptures and displays throughout the attraction, featuring different themes and designs.

Know Before You Go
Due to the nature of the experience, prior booking is a must. Located in Located inside Times Square Center. Opening Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM; Friday and Saturday, 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM, subject to change without prior notice. Visitors are allowed to stay in Chillout Dubai for a maximum of one hour but may leave earlier if desired.
It's also important to note that children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the attraction. Photography is allowed but visitors are advised to keep their cameras and phones covered in the snow room to avoid any damage from the cold temperatures. Once in the lobby, visitors are given thermal gear to keep themselves warm. It comprises of a hooded parka (a heavy jacket), disposable woolen gloves & a pair of shoes if required. Visitors are advised to spend a few minutes in the buffer zone to get acclimatized. It is advisable not to take infants below 1 year of age inside the lounge. The child rate applies to 5-12 years old. Children 4 years old and below are free of charge. All bookings are Final. No refund, no cancellation.

What To Bring
