The experience is subject to availability and requires prior booking. Guests must arrive one hour before the flight with a valid photo ID or passport. Children aged 2–12 must be accompanied by a guardian. The maximum weight limit is 140 kg per passenger; those exceeding this limit will not be permitted to fly. Pregnant guests beyond seven months must present a medical certificate confirming fitness to fly. This is a shared flight with a maximum of five passengers. Large bags, food, drinks, and smoking are not allowed on board. Cameras with zoom lenses, selfie sticks, and iPads are prohibited unless approved by authorities. All passengers must complete a declaration form, undergo temperature checks, and follow safety protocols. The provider reserves the right to deny boarding to anyone showing COVID-19 symptoms, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or displaying unsafe behavior. Flights are subject to weather, air traffic control, and operational conditions. For safety, loose clothing and high heels should be avoided, and seatbelts must remain fastened at all times. Casual photography is allowed, while commercial filming requires prior approval. The provider may use photos or videos taken during the experience for promotional purposes.
