Know Before You Go
Pick-up time is around 4 AM to 5:30 AM, the exact time will be confirmed on the night before the scheduled date. Pick-up in any hotel within Dubai's urban areas and other areas will require additional cost. The meeting point is at Happy Dunes Stables and the flying Location is at Margham Desert. Minimum 25kg and must be at least 5 years old. Passengers with a weight over 120kg will be charged double. The child rate applies to 5 to 11 years old. Provide us with your name, age, location, weight, and contact number upon booking. We are unable to accommodate ladies more than 3 months pregnant, children less than 5 years old, adults more than 80 years old, anyone with serious heart problems and any other medical condition / had major surgery / had a broken leg or arm / who suffers from chronic back or neck pain or injuries / serious knee and backbone surgery or problem/phobia in height/disabilities covering mental and emotional health.
What To Bring
All passengers should sign the declaration form that he/she doesn't have the following serious medical problem. Copy of passport or any Government ID for any passenger. Wear comfortable clothing as you will be climbing in and out of the basket.
