Know Before You Go
Due to the nature of the experience, prior booking is a must. The child rate applies to 2 to 16 years old. Infant under 2 yrs old is free. Their companions pay full price.
Note that all bookings are FINAL. No refund. No cancellation. Guest must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled visit with their valid photo ID. Customers arriving late may not be accommodated on tour or refunded. Tickets purchased on a specific time/day are only valid for that. No guest are not allowed to bring food or beverages, glassware, or alcohol into the Dubai Opera. Dress code: minimum casual, appropriate clothing is allowed at both the locations. No beachwear allowed.
