If you made online redemption, our team will contact you to confirm the booking otherwise will let you know the available date and timings. Scheduling can only be done 3 days in advance. Cancellation shall be done 4 days before the booked date. Otherwise, the rescheduling policy applies. The waiver needs to be signed upon registration. An optional waiver must be settled at the counter upon arrival.
