Before Your Visit

1. Advance booking is highly recommended, especially during weekends, school holidays, and public holidays.
2. Arrive at least 20–30 minutes before your preferred entry time.
3. Bring a valid booking confirmation and photo ID if requested.
4. Opening hours may vary due to weather conditions, maintenance, or private events.

Entry Information

1. Admission is valid only for the selected date unless otherwise specified.
2. Children must always be supervised by an adult.
3. Certain water attractions may have minimum height or age restrictions.
4. Outside food and beverages may not be permitted inside the waterpark.
5. Height & Weight Restrictions: Maximum rider weight is 136 kg. Children below 107 cm are eligible for a Child Ticket, while guests 107 cm and above must purchase an Adult Ticket.
6. Free Entry for Infants: Children 2 years old and under receive complimentary admission.
7. Life Jackets: Complimentary life jackets are available on-site for your safety. Personal life jackets are not permitted.
8. Voucher Validity: Your voucher is valid only on the selected visit date. Date changes, rescheduling, or extensions are not permitted once the booking is confirmed.
9. Prohibited Items: Outside food, beverages, glass containers, and alcoholic drinks are strictly prohibited. All bags are subject to security inspection upon entry.
10. Swimwear Policy: Appropriate swimwear must be worn at all times. Beach thongs, transparent swimwear, underwear, denim clothing, and excessively loose garments (including abayas and dishdashas) are not permitted on water attractions.
11. Diaper Policy: Regular nappies/diapers are not allowed in pools or on water attractions. Infants and toddlers must wear approved swim diapers.
12. Weather Conditions: For guest safety, certain attractions may temporarily close during adverse weather conditions. Refunds or compensation will not be provided for weather-related closures.
13. Operating Hours: Opening hours and attraction availability are subject to change without prior notice due to operational requirements, maintenance, or special events.
14. Adult Supervision: Children should be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
15. Safety First: Guests must comply with all posted safety instructions and follow the directions of lifeguards and park staff while using the attractions.
