Laser tag is available for players 108 cm and taller, with each game lasting approximately one hour. The trampolines also require grip socks and a minimum height of 108 cm. Wall climbing is open to climbers who are 108 cm or taller, with a weight range of 20kg to 130kg. Guests are advised to arrive at least four hours before closing to fully enjoy the experience.
For the soft play area, all participants must have a valid waiver signed by an adult aged 18 or above. Children under 108 cm must be accompanied by an adult at all times. The maximum height limit is 160 cm. Guests with injuries, impairments, or respiratory issues are not allowed. Shoes and sharp objects must be removed, socks worn, and long hair tied up. Food, drinks, and gum are prohibited, and rough play, running, or pushing is not allowed. Diaper or clothing changes should not be done inside the play area. Pockets must be emptied, and activity-specific signs should be followed. Climbing on slides from below or on nets is strictly prohibited. Management is not responsible for accidents, misuse of equipment, or unsupervised children.
