Starting January 19, 2026, all purchases of this experience will include an intimate Afternoon Tea Experience for two at Mosaico Lounge. Guests booking at the previous rate will receive the regular spa experience only. The spa operates from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with the last booking accepted at 8:00 PM, subject to availability. This experience is available for guests aged 16 years and above and may not be available on public holidays or blackout dates. Please note that guests in their first trimester of pregnancy and those with open wounds are not permitted. All bookings are final and cancellation requests cannot be accommodated. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and rescheduling may be possible, subject to approval and availability. To request a reschedule, kindly submit your request at least three days prior to the original booking date. We recommend a casual dress code for your comfort, and guests are requested to bring their own swimwear to fully enjoy the pool and spa facilities.
