Know Before You Go
Due to the nature of the experience, prior booking is a must. The spa opens from 11 AM to 10 PM. The last booking accepted will be at 8 PM and is subject to availability. For 16 years old and above. May not be available on public holidays and blackout dates. Pregnant guest in their 1st trimester is not allowed and those guest with an open wound. Kindly note that all bookings are considered final, and cancellation requests cannot be accommodated. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we do offer the option to reschedule, subject to approval and availability. To reschedule your booking, kindly submit your request at least 3 days prior to the initial booking date. Our team will review and assist you accordingly, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
