Know Before You Go
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our guests, we require the guest to arrive at the designated departure point at least 15 to 20 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Please note that the boat will depart as per schedule and any guest who arrives after the scheduled departure time will be considered a no-show. Such guests will not be entitled to rescheduling or a refund. All bookings are Final. No refund, no cancellation. We recommend that you plan your journey to the departure point in advance and allow for any potential delays. Please also ensure that you have all the necessary documents and identification to join us in the experience. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and if you anticipate being late, we request that you inform us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to hold the boat for you beyond the scheduled departure time. The child rate applies from 3 to 9 years old. Below 3 years old will be free of charge.
