Guests are kindly requested to book in advance to ensure availability, as prior booking is required for all spa experiences. The spa is open daily from 11AM to 10PM, with the last booking accepted at 8PM, subject to availability. Experiences are suitable for guests aged 16 and above and may not be offered on public holidays or blackout dates. For safety reasons, pregnant guests in their first trimester and those with open wounds are not permitted to participate. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 3 days prior to the original booking date, and guests are asked to bring their own swimwear to access the pool and spa facilities. The spa observes a dedicated gender policy in its facilities to ensure privacy and comfort for all guests.
Spanning almost 1,000 sqm, the boutique spa is located on the ground floor of the West Wing, featuring Granito Nero Assoluto marble floors, grey degrade mosaics, and white birch wood walls with mother-of-pearl details. The spa includes 7 luxurious treatment rooms, a nail studio, and a private spa suite complete with its own Jacuzzi, monsoon rain shower, and full changing facilities. Dedicated male and female thermal suites offer a spa pool with vibrant turquoise mosaics, sauna, steam room, relaxation lounge, spacious changing facilities, and a luxury Moroccan hammam sanctuary. The décor celebrates the sea world, with motifs of cornucopias, seashells, and embellished curlicues, creating a serene and immersive environment for complete wellness and rejuvenation.
