Know Before You Go
To ensure a seamless and safe experience, prior booking is a mandatory requirement. We do not accommodate walk-in customers, so please plan your adventure by booking in advance. Departure location may be from Sofitel Dubai The Palm or The Dubai Harbour, the reservation team will contact you to inform you. The maximum total weight allowed is 250 kg on the boat. The driver must be 18 years old or above. The minimum age of a passenger is 6 years old. People under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be refused to participate. The boat can accommodate 2 adults, or 2 adults and 1 small child (6-10 years old), or 1 adult and 2 small children (6-10 years old). Pregnant women and people with bad back, neck, or heart problems are not allowed. Wearing sunglasses and applying sunscreen is recommended.
