The experience is available to guests aged 16 years and above and may not be offered on public holidays or blackout dates. For safety reasons, the treatment is not suitable for pregnant guests in their first trimester or for guests with open wounds. Guests are required to bring their own swimwear to access the pool and spa facilities, while bathrobe, towel, and slippers are provided for ultimate comfort. Guests are welcome to relax and enjoy the spa lounge before or after their experience.
