Please note that experience is subject to availability. For online redemption, our team will contact you regarding the date and time you selected in the system. Located in the iconic skyscraper in the heart of Dubai. Spa treatment starts at 10 am and the last booking is at 6:00 pm. Female guests will be assisted by our Female Therapist, Male guests will be assisted by Male therapists. The male and female spa are located on separate floors, hence no couple rooms is available. All bookings are FINAL. No refund, no rescheduling, no cancellation. In some cases, rebooking is allowed during emergency cases or health issues. The guest must be 18 years old and above. Pregnant guest in their 1st trimester is not allowed and those guest with an open wound.
What To Bring
Casual attire. Please bring your own swimwear to access pool or spa facilities.
