Arrival Requirements

Participant Requirements

• Passengers must be between 145 cm and 190 cm in height.
• Maximum passenger weight is 105 kg.
• Participants must be 13 years of age or older.
• For participants aged 13–21 years, a parent or legal guardian must authorize participation and sign the required digital waiver.

Dress Code

• Wear comfortable clothing that covers both your arms and legs.
• Training shoes are mandatory.
• Closed-toe shoes only.
• Soft-soled footwear is highly recommended.
• Sandals, flip-flops, open shoes, and high heels are not permitted.

Safety Regulations

• Any abusive, reckless, or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the experience without refund.
• Serious safety violations may be reported to the relevant authorities when necessary.
• All participants must comply with the instructions provided by Yas Marina Circuit staff and safety personnel at all times.

Alcohol & Substance Policy

• Alcohol must not be consumed before participating in the experience.
• Any incidents resulting from the influence of alcohol or prohibited substances will be reported to the authorities.
• Participants may be held liable for any damages, losses, or costs incurred as a result of non-compliance.

Located at West Entrance Gate 20, Yas Marina Circuit, Yas Island, Abu Dhabi.

Important Requirements

Experience Duration

• The total experience duration is approximately 45 minutes, including:
• Arrival and registration
• Safety briefing and waiver completion
• Safety gear fitting
• Passenger ride experience
• Departure

Arrival Instructions

• Please arrive 20–30 minutes before your scheduled experience time.
• Access the circuit through West Entrance Gate 20 and proceed directly to Yas Central.
• Have your booking confirmation and ticket order number readily available upon arrival.
• Check in at the main reception desk for registration.

Digital Waiver Process

• To ensure a smooth customer experience, Yas Marina Circuit's customer service team will assist with completing the mandatory digital waiver process up to 24 hours before the experience.
• Guests who have not completed the waiver online will be contacted prior to their scheduled session.
• Participants aged 13 to 21 years must have the waiver authorized and signed by a parent or legal guardian.

Registration & Check-In

• Upon arrival, the customer service team will:
• Validate your booking
• Issue your participant wristband
• Direct you to the designated experience area

Before the Ride

• Your professional instructor will provide a brief introduction to the Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio and explain the passenger ride experience.
• A safety briefing will be conducted before entering the vehicle.

During the Experience

• Enjoy a thrilling high-speed passenger ride driven by a professional instructor on the challenging 2.29 km North Corkscrew Track.
• Experience world-class performance, acceleration, and cornering on one of the UAE's premier motorsport circuits.

Photo Opportunities

• Guests will have the opportunity to take photos with the vehicle in the Pit Lane area, subject to operational conditions and track schedules.

Spectator Information

• Friends and family are welcome to accompany participants and watch the action from designated viewing areas around the circuit, making it an exciting experience for everyone.
