Due to the nature of the experience, advance booking is required and all reservations are subject to availability. The spa operates daily from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with the last booking accepted at 8:00 PM. This experience is available for guests 16 years and above and may not be offered on public holidays or blackout dates. For safety reasons, it is not suitable for pregnant guests in their first trimester or guests with open wounds. Guests must bring their own swimwear to access the pool and spa facilities. For ultimate comfort, bathrobe, towel, and slippers are provided, and guests are welcome to relax and enjoy the spa lounge area before or after their experience.
