Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or seeking a unique thrill, this experience promises memories that will last a lifetime. Before takeoff, participants will gather for a safety briefing. Our expert pilots will share essential information about the balloon, the flight plan, and safety protocols. This ensures that everyone feels comfortable and prepared for the adventure ahead. Watch as the balloon is inflated and readied for flight. The anticipation builds as you see the vibrant colors come to life against the backdrop of the sky. Once airborne, you’ll ascend to breathtaking heights. The gentle lift-off allows you to take in panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. Expect to see lush valleys, winding rivers, and possibly wildlife, all from a unique aerial perspective. Depending on the time of day, you may witness the magical hues of sunrise or sunset, painting the sky in shades of orange, pink, and purple. Throughout the flight, your experienced pilot will provide insights about the landscape and local landmarks, making the journey not just scenic but also educational. Know Before You Go
Due to the exclusive nature of our balloon flights, advance booking is essential, and flights are only available during the winter season. Pick-up is scheduled around 4:00 a.m., with the exact timing confirmed the night before. To ensure a smooth experience, please provide a copy of your passport or Emirates ID, along with details such as nationality, gender, age, weight, any disabilities or chronic medical conditions, your address, and contact number at the time of booking. On the day of your flight, bring your original passport or UAE National Identification Card for check-in, as all guests will undergo a security screening before boarding.
For safety, only passengers aged 5 to 80 years are eligible to fly. Children under 5 cannot participate, and child rates apply for ages 5–11, while anyone 12 and above is considered an adult. Please note that the experience is not suitable for pregnant women, those with serious heart conditions or recent major surgeries, individuals with broken limbs, chronic back or neck issues, severe knee or spine problems, or mental and emotional health challenges, including fear of heights. All guests must submit a copy of their ID upon booking and sign a mandatory waiver before the flight.
As balloon flights adhere strictly to scheduled times, late arrivals will not be able to board, and all bookings are final. In some cases, rescheduling is allowed if arranged at least 72 hours before the original date. Please dress comfortably, as you will be climbing in and out of the basket.
