All alcohol provided during your trip is intended for adults above 21 years old only. The provider's staff members may check your ID from time to time to make sure you comply with those rules. While alcohol is available to consume, responsible consumption is the responsibility of the guest. Any dietary requirement must be informed upon booking at least 48 hours prior. While there is no guarantee of our being able to accommodate any dietary restrictions, the provider will do their best level best to do so. In the case of any extreme allergies or medical conditions, we reserve the right to request you not to book the experience. Any guest below 18 years must be accompanied by a legal guardian. It is the guest responsibility for ensuring that you are mentally and physically capable of participating the experience. Guest agrees to comply with the instructions in English of all staff members. If in the opinion of the staff manager(s), your behavior or physical condition is detrimental to the safety, welfare and well-being of the group as a whole, or if we consider that your general well-being will be put at risk by continuing with the event, you may be asked not to participate in the event without the right to any refund of the price. The child rate applies to ages 6 to 12, while guests aged 13 and above will be charged the adult rate. Children below 6 years of age will not be permitted, as as per adherence to the Dubai Municipality rules and regulations. Please note that our rates are not applicable on public holidays, including blackout days such as Easter, Valentine's Day, Iftar, EID, Christmas Day, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve, Diwali, and Chinese New Year.
