Know Before You Go
Due to the nature of the experience, prior booking is a must. Pick-up and drop-off from and to Dubai is included and must be informed from the time of booking. The transfer is in a private, air-conditioned vehicle. As the desert can get quite warm, we suggest bringing a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen and cool, comfortable clothes. For hot air balloon experiences in the winter, we recommend bringing something warm to wear, especially before sunrise.
