Know Before You Go
Due to the nature of the experience, prior booking is a must. All passengers must arrive 45 minutes prior to the scheduled activity and must sign the Passenger Declaration Form. Late arrivals will not be eligible for rebooking or refunds. Passengers are obliged to present official identification when checking in for their flight. Passengers weight will be checked prior to their flight due do helicopter weight and balance regulations and restrictions. Children above 2 years are allowed to fly. Hand baggage limited to essential item only, small personal belongings should be left in designated lockers. Due to security policies, HD camcorders or cameras with telephoto lens greater than 400mm are not permitted to be carried on board the helicopter unless proper written approvals, issued by the Dubai authorities are presented to operators. Casual tourist photography and video is allowed. The Pilot has the final authority. Note that all flights are subject to Force Majeure, helicopter availability, Air Traffic Control authorization and weather conditions. Above 7 months pregnant women need to secure Doctor's certificate.
